Assign Values to attributes

This article assumes you have created your item attributes. If not, see the article “How to create Item Attributes” and then return here for the next step to assign values to your attributes.

Please keep in mind, although we have given option to create upto 11 attributes, you need not to create all of these. You can create as many attributes as you want. The attributes where you have selected visible checkbox, will become your active attributes. 

To assign values to your attributes you created in last screen: 

    1.    Go to inventory > Setup > UDF/AUX on left menu.

    

    2.    Select the attribute to which you want to assign the values.

        

    3.    Add Name and Short Name of the attribute. 

    

    4.    Press enter or click on Add New Row Button to enter multiple values in one go. 
    5.    When you are done entering the attribute values. Press Save.
