Sales Invoice History Overview:
There are various components in the Sales History screen to understand, before we can complete sales, so let’s take a look at how the Sales History screen works in Uprow, to better familiarize with it.
To begin, go to Sale > Invoice > Sales Invoice History.
The Sales History screen gives you a complete overview of all the transactions that you have made, with complete filter and customization options.
Filter…
Use the Filter search to search for a particular sale transaction. Uprow lets you search for one by customer, sale Invoice number or sale invoice date.
Filter By Customer Name:
Write the customer name and press enter or click search to see all the transactions made against that customer.
Filter By Invoice Number:
Write the Sale invoice number and press enter or click search to see a particular invoice for any further changes.
Filter by Date Range
Click on the calendar icon in the Date box to choose the dates and customize what sales transactions you want to be displayed according to a certain length of time.
Click Search once done.
Sales Invoice History List View
The Sales History List View is about the columns occupying the Sales History section. Below we’ll go through what each column means.
Date
The date the transaction occurred. Sorts to date-order.
Sale Invoice Number
The reference number of the sale transaction. Sorts to number sequence.
Customer
The Name of the Customer that purchased the item – if supplied. Sorts by Customer’s first name.
Sale Total
The total monetary amount of the transaction.
Action Column:

PT File: This is post transaction file which you can download and send to your customer. This is
a spreadsheet with all item and transaction details.

Return: Return link will redirect you to sale return screen. All the items of that sale invoice will
automatically get populated. You can take returns from here.

Edit icon: Click on this if you want to make any changes in respective sale invoice.

Print Icon: Click on this icon to print your invoice.
•
Delete: Sales Invoice/Receipts are permanent transactional documents that can be edited or
reversed, but never deleted. You can delete only the last bill if you have made any mistake. You
cannot delete any invoice in between as this will create problem while tax filing.
