1. Go to Admin > Email/SMS > Email Schedules
2. Click on +New Email Schedule
3. Select the report you wish to send. You may select multiple reports to be sent in the same
schedule. Once you have selected your reports, click on Set Schedule tab.
4. Set up report schedule
• Give your new schedule a name.
• Set how often you want to send the report.
• Select a Start date and Time.
• Click on Compose Email tab to proceed.
5. Compose scheduled reports email
• Enter the e-mail address you want to send the report to.
• Click Schedule to complete the process.
Edit or delete an existing scheduled report
Follow these steps to modify an existing scheduled report:
1. Go to Admin > Email/SMS > Email Schedules
2. In the schedules list, find the schedule you wish to edit or delete.
3. If you want to edit a Scheduled Report click on the pencil icon, make the desired changes and click
on schedule button.

4. Else if you wish to delete the schedule, click on the bin icon present next to pencil icon.
A confirmation message will appear. Click on Ok.
