Set up your Uprow account

This article assumes you have created your trial account. if not, see the article Start your free Uprow Trial account, then return here for the next step to set up your account.

Do keep in mind that, although you have signed up to a trial account, you need not to re-create any account information; your trial account will become your active account. Certain data can be deleted, but the main information you set up will carry forward to your live, functioning account.


SET UP UPROW 

These steps may make the setup process easy.

[Note: Though we already have some default settings for step 1 and step 2, still you can have a look at what they are all about] 

STEP 1 - SET UP TAX 

Setting up the Tax will make it easier for all other sections to be able to choose the correct tax rate.

STEP 2 - COMPLETE GENERAL SETTINGS

By completing the settings, you will customize Uprow to suit your personal needs.
Start with the article General Settings for more guidance.

STEP 3 – MANAGE THE SETUP AND ADD A PRODUCT

To add a new product go to the inventory section, go to setup and create the desired masters. To know more about master setup read the article How to Start with the Setup of the Inventory.  Finally add a product. 

You can create Product Type, and Brand information as well as Supplier details, then edit those in more detail later.

STEP 4 - COMPLETE A TYPICAL SALE

As you set up the free trial to decide if Uprow is the right service for you, it would be best to try Uprow now to see if the basics are in place.

Go to the Sale > Invoice > sale Invoice section, and complete a few sale transactions
